2017 TRI Joint University Workshop

Registration:

  • We require registration to properly account for headcount, name tags, posters needs, and others.

  • Registration due date is Tuesday, December 12th 2017.

 

Hotel:

  • MIT CSAIL Room Block is arranged at the Boston Marriott Cambridge.
  • The hotel is in the Kendall Square area near the MIT campus, is five miles from Logan Airport in Boston, and is two blocks from the meeting.
  • We currently have a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $159.00, plus tax, per night.
  • You may reserve a room no later than Friday, December 15th to receive the discounted rate for the room block. Below is a reservation link so you may book online:

Please note that each individual guest will be responsible for all room, tax, and incidental charges. You will be asked for a credit card when making the reservations and will also need to present one upon check-in. If you are a Marriott Rewards members, please have your account number put on the reservation.

 

Posters:

  • If you wish to provide a Poster describing your project, please note that in the registration form above.
  • Posters will be printed onto standard size of 36” x 48” in Portrait layout. Please use the following templates: MIT template, Stanford template, UMich template.
  • Please ensure your Posters indicate who your TRI Liaison is as shown by the provided poster template.
  • CSAIL will manage production with their onsite printers for files (PDF required) that are submitted to lauralyn@mit.edu no later than Tuesday, December 12. After that date, you are responsible for your poster production.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the conference site?

There is no shuttle service to the meeting. If you need transportation, please use the hotel taxi stand or ride service such as Lyft or Uber. However, please note that the conference site (Samberg Conference Center) is two blocks away from the hotel (Boston Marriott Cambridge).
